S.I.C. FACTS

What is S.I.C?

OUR MISSION

Saving Innocent Children Incorporated stands for educational equity. Our programs foster holistic, academic, and personal development while raising political and cultural awareness; thus empowering students to act as dynamic leaders for their communities. We accept the challenge of creating a society that provides a quality, culturally sensitive, comprehensive education for students of all backgrounds. Furthermore, we are dedicated to creating an environment of collective action that will work to ensure the perpetuity of academic achievement among future generations.

How Do I Get Involved?

S.I.C. Inc. is always looking for mentors, tutors, guest speakers, sponsors, and anyone who would love to help us out throughout the year during our school tours and even during the summer. Each summer we host a Summer Mentorship Program for Girls which allows us to take 20 high school girls into our care and foster them into well-rounded, logical thinkers and powerful leaders. If you are interested in volunteering or working with S.I.C. inc, please feel free to contact us via email at SICINCCEO@gmail.com or info@tyradennis.com.

I wish to participate in the summer program. How can I do that?

You can simply apply via application. Please be aware that our summer program only accepts 20 girls each summer throughout all of Los Angeles, CA and it surrounding cities. Unfortunately there is limited spacing each summer, however, look out for our events during the year! We will provide many opportunities for you to work with and/or be apart of our prorgam.

How much does it cost?

Saving Innocent Children Incorporated Summer Mentorship Program for Girls is free of charge!

What is the cut off age for the Summer Program?

If you are going to the 9th grade the summer that you apply for the program, you are eligible. If you graduated from high school the year of the summer the you have applied for, you are eligible. Anything before or after those times, you are ineligible to apply!
